Great mechanics and great customer service.

My neighborhood place to go. Always, are the staff that work here professional and personable. I had first called a new car care retailer just up the road to see if I could get a oil change that day, I waiting on hold for a long time. I was finally told they had no openings and I would need to call back for a appointment. The employee made it very apparent, I was bothering him, because I only wanted a oil change. Big Ray's has way better customer service, and being in the retail industry for 28 years, I appreciate that. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

The mechanics are excellent. They are very thorough as to what you need repaired on your car.

The gentlemen working at this location are the nicest, friendliest two people. They explain everything, have great customer service and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great. The work done was perfect and resonable.

Great service

They do a great job here. They keep a service history, notify you when it time to change air filters, always check the tire pressure and tap off all fluids. They let you know when it is time to change the trans fluid or coolant, but there is no pressure to perform the service. Usually I get right in for service if I go during normal business hours, during the week. They are always willing to help you reset the oil life indicator for your car as well. Great group of guys.
