Reliable and professional service

The team at Carz R' Us are very responsive. I had called mid morning to get my sons car looked at they had looked at the car and was quick to let us know what was wrong. They are very customer centric.

Love these guys. Super straight shooters. No b/s. Am a 3peat customer. Will keep coming back as long as they're around. Last visit I was missing a piece that was forgotten while putting it back together. They searched and couldn't find it so they ordered me a new one at their expense and were very apologetic. If you are ever unsatisfied with your service there, just speak up and let them know, they will be more than happy to make it right. They are human just like you and me.

Our van went from "no known problems" to "emergency service needed asap" and boy, did they come through for us! We were out the door in under three hours for complete brake and rotor replacement. It took longer waiting to have the parts delivered than it did to put them on. The guys at Carz R' Us made us a priority to get us back on the road as fast as possible....which was amazing since they were incredibly busy that day! They had a very nice and friendly waiting area, the staff was very welcoming, they showed us what was wrong and gave us two different options on how it could be fixed, and their pricing was very competitive. Other than the fact that we hate to have our van not working, we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you so much!
